The EDL will travel to Walthamstow more determined than ever before.
Last time we tried to exercise our right to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and the freedom to peacefully protest against the Islamisation of our country, we were prevented from doing so by the usual enemies of freedom.
Even though we face intimidation from both the far-Left and their Islamist brethren, we will continue to speak out against their concerted attacks against our culture and our rights.
We will never be silenced, we will never submit – even when politically correct policing fails to protect our freedoms or our rights. Whenever the police fail in their duties to facilitate a peaceful protest we will return. And we will return time and time again, until we can count on the police to facilitate our peaceful protests and until they understand that we are not going to be beaten.
We know that when EDL members are attacked by violent far-Left and Muslim thugs they find that the police batons are directed at them – not their attackers. We know that, on the streets at least, there is a two-tier system in operation.
We are not Neville Chamberlains, but Winston Churchills. We will continue to fight no matter what, we don't cave in to intimidation and we certainly won't be silenced. There are things that have been happening to our country that would make Winston turn in his grave. What do you think he would do about the Islamist menace?
Do you think he would let political Islam get a hold in this country? Do you think he would allow violent Islamists to enforce sharia controlled zones? Do you think he would tolerate the single most aggressive, imperialist, militant and theocratic ideology to hold sway in the running of our country?
He wouldn't, and neither should we.
So get out to Walthamstow, make your presence felt and make sure everyone can hear our voices. Make our enemies know that we will not be intimidated, make your point and take a stand.
See you in Walthamstow.
